I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were pretty good too make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel even provided umbrellas and boots for rainy days. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

The boutique hotel was absolutely charming and had a high attention to details. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided us with all the necessary information about activities, restaurants, and transportation options. They even offered complimentary gumboots and ponchos for hiking in the beautiful valley. the room was lovely and had a balcony, offering picturesque views. The shower pressure was exceptional and they provided free spring water and tea for all guests. it was one of my best stays in South America.
There were no negative aspects to my experience at the hotel. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the main square but situated on a quiet street. It was a great balance between convenience and tranquility. The breakfast provided was also very good, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, eggs, arepas, and bread. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering us free ponchos and boots for our outdoor activities and even bringing coffee with milk to our room after a long day.
During our stay, there were construction works happening nearby, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the balcony. Although the staff provided earplugs, the noise was still noticeable at times.

Great place to stay for the New Year. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a balcony. The breakfast on the balcony was a lovely experience. Free coffee, cappuccino, and juice available anytime was a nice touch.
The room was a bit dusty, especially the blankets. There was some confusion with the cleaning staff moving our personal belongings.

I had the most comfortable pillows in my room, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious, providing me with plenty of room to relax. Despite the small issue with the locks, the presence of security cameras helped me feel safer during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to everything was a major convenience, and the breakfast served was delicious.

They provided us with water boots and raincoats for our outdoor activities, which we found to be a great convenience. the room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom had a nice and warm shower. The cleanliness of the place was also top-notch.
The only thing that I didn't quite enjoy was the lack of local coffee options in the hotel. It would have been nice to have some coffee from the region, considering Salento is known for its delicious coffee.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort during my stay. They provided thorough information about the area and even helped me book my bus tickets for my onward journey. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. the room I stayed in was very spacious and had a balcony where I could enjoy breakfast.
There was a language barrier as the staff member at the front desk didn't speak English. This made it difficult for me to obtain information and I felt a bit lost at times.
